Ravi Kaur founded ravi.. in 2018, drawing upon over 50 years of experience as a textile designer and artist in India, with its rich traditions of textiles, vibrant colours, chaos and mix of cultures and people. Through the brand, Ravi brings together her passion for creativity, quality and social responsibility.
The clothes we make are refined, playful and thoughtfully made. We release capsule collections in limited quantities. The antithesis of fast fashion, we hero the production process, allowing our artisans the time to craft each piece.
As a label, we are passionate about every detail that goes into the making of a garment – from who made it and how it is made, to how it looks and feels on you.
Our style is defined by the textures of natural, handcrafted fabrics designed into the form of clean lines and classic silhouettes.

We are fully committed to preserving and promoting the artisan’s craft. We value their dedication to their craft despite competition from faster and cheaper mill and factory made clothing.
Every time we buy a handcrafted garment, we are supporting a wider group of growers and makers like cotton or silk cultivators, farmers, spinners, dyers, wood block makers, printers and tailors. Button makers.

These ancient processes provide work, preserves traditional inter-generational skills, empowers women through flexible employment and provides a sustainable livelihood to families and communities.

Each piece of clothing is handcrafted using age old processes that are inherently better for our planet. We use natural fabrics that are handwoven and block printed with natural, mineral or low impact dyes.
Wherever we can, we use re-cycled or natural materials for accessories & packaging.
